Repeat Prescriptions

You can order repeat prescriptions by any of the following options:

• Voicemail -  Our prescription line is now operated by a voicemail system.  You can leave a message at anytime to order your prescription.  This line is for ordering repeat medication only! Please leave a clear Voicemail which states, Your name, Date of Birth, Address and the list of medication you require (please leave medication names)  Allow 72 hours for processing 
• Postbox- You can leave a written request of the medication you require, in our post box located at the reception Desk.
• Online - To register for this service please click on the link Lodge Health online registration and return the form to us by post or via email Reception.Z00346@gp.hscni.net Once you have received your confirmation email follow the link at the top of this page to register or login to order your prescription.

Please allow 3 working days for prescriptions to be processed.  Orders placed after 2pm allow an extra day for your prescription to arrive at the chemist.
