Joanne brings energy, enthusiasm and a friendly, approachable style to her role as the Practice manager here at Lodge health. She is passionate about supporting both patients and staff, helping to ensure the practice runs smoothly each day. Joanne began her career as a hairdresser before moving into bookkeeping, later progressing into management. Her varied background has given her strong organisational skills, a practical mindset and natural ability to connect with people. She is committed to maintaining high standards of care and continually improving services for our Practice.
Our Reception and administration Team Are here to help you access the care and support you need. As the first point of contact for the practice, they work to ensure every patient feels welcomed, listened to and treated with respect. Our team members come from a range of different professional backgrounds, bringing varied skills and experience that strengthen the practice and enhance the service we provide. This diversity allows them to approach situations with understanding, adaptability and a broad perspective. They understand that contacting the practice can sometimes feel stressful, and they handle each enquiry with patience, compassion and professionalism. Working closely with our clinicians, they help ensure appointments are arranged appropriately, queries are managed efficiently and all information is treated with complete confidentiality. Their dedication and teamwork are essential is helping us deliver safe, high- quality care for our patients.
